She got me thinking: this is supposed to be the season of celebration and joy, yet so many of us end up being overwhelmed and in a state of stress… and generally dissatisfied with ourselves. In short, we end up not feeling good enough.
I want to help you get back to what the holidays are really about —peace, ease and plain old fun. Living with the pressure of being “perfect”, or even just the pursuit of it, affects our sleep, our hormones, our waistlines, and most importantly, our relationships & quality of life.
